1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 22win (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "22win", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 22win online gaming platform, including all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content available at https://22win.casa (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through 22win, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 22win Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds credited to a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or cashback amounts awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real funds from a Player's designated payment method into their 22win Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the 22win website, mobile application, and all associated digital services accessible at https://22win.casa.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to their designated payment method.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 22win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 22win strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, or other non-individual legal bodies are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your country or region of residence.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 22win or any associated responsible gambling programme.
• You must not have had a previous 22win account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration to ensure your Account remains current and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 22win strongly recommends enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) where available. Any suspicious account activity must be reported to our support team immediately.

All Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing their first withdrawal. KYC typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document and may include proof of address or proof of payment method. 22win reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence at any time.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

22win supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are also accepted. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit. 22win reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion and the fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

22win reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to authorising any withdrawal. Requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Withdrawals will not be processed where KYC documentation remains outstanding, where wagering requirements have not been met, or where suspicious activity is detected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

22win offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the time of the offer. The general wagering requirement range is 20x–50x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 22win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour will be voided in their entirety, and the associated Account may be closed permanently.
• Where a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement, 22win reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings attributed to it before processing the withdrawal.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 22win Platform, across all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, lottery, and arcade categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 22win does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a system malfunction or technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, payout, or odds display, 22win reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund stakes to the Player's Account.
• Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and others — are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each market. In the event of ambiguity, the rules of the relevant governing sports body shall apply.
• 22win reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, game, or event at its sole discretion.
• Obvious errors in odds or paylines (commonly known as "palpable errors") will not be honoured. Such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting markets are subject to rapid fluctuation. Once a wager is accepted, the quoted odds are locked at the time of placement.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 22win.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share privileged information, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including through matched betting, arbitrage across accounts, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of depositing, layering, or withdrawing proceeds of criminal activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Exploitation of system errors: Intentionally exploiting a Platform error, software bug, or misconfigured game to obtain an unfair advantage or financial gain.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 22win Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the exclusive property of 22win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 22win.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on wagers placed in good faith.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial loss resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit processing, withdrawal processing, or game settlement caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or network infrastructure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 22win takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and integrity, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 22win is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

In summary, 22win collects personal data only to the extent necessary for Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your data and do not sell or disclose personal information to unauthorised third parties.

12 Responsible Gambling

22win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. In line with our obligations and ethical commitments, we provide the following safeguards:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for a defined time period to prevent excessive spending.
• Session Reminders: Players can configure notifications to alert them after a defined period of continuous play.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

22win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Player's request for self-exclusion.
• Account holder determined to be under 21 years of age.
• Account dormancy for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any account activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction requiring account closure.

Upon Account closure for a breach of these Terms, any outstanding Balance may be forfeited subject to the specific circumstances of the breach and applicable law. Where closure is not attributable to Player misconduct, any genuine real-money Balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

14 Amendments to These Terms

22win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 22win is registered and operates.
